Evry2 is undergoing a major metamorphosis thanks to the "Action coeur de ville" programme in Essonne and will become LE SPOT in October 2023 thanks to an unprecedented public-private partnership.. LE SPOT is a hybrid downtown destination, a new category of place which integrates over 126,000m2, public facilities (swimming pool, ice rink) cultural infrastructures (National Scene theatre, media library and one of the largest Ile de France shows with 3,500 seats), a brand new food court with more than 25 restaurants and the shopping centre.
