Personal Data Protection Policy

The protection of your personal data is a priority for the Group Companies, responsible for the processing defined below.

This privacy policy informs Users about the conditions for processing Personal Data when using the Site by the Company as data controller. The Site User agrees to provide accurate data.

Personal Data is protected under the provisions of European Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”) which came into force on May 25, 2018, and by Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended, known as the "Data Protection Act".

Additionally, since this Site is hosted in Luxembourg, we confirm that it complies with the Luxembourg Law of August 2, 2002, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, if applicable, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

1. Definitions

Personal Data or Data: Personal data is defined by the GDPR as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Data Subject) directly or indirectly.

Data Controller: A person who determines the means and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.

Processor: A person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Processing: Processing of Personal Data is defined as any operation or set of operations performed, whether automated or not, and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

During your navigation on the Site and your registrations, the categories of Personal Data processed are, by category of processing, as follows:

  • Contact forms: Title, name, first name, email address, phone number, company
  • Application forms (vacant positions and/or spontaneous applications): Name, first name, email address, phone number, and all information contained in the submitted resume
  • Newsletter: Email address
  • Cookies: During your browsing on the Site, we use the following cookies:

3. Individuals Affected by Personal Data Processing

The individuals affected by Personal Data processing are:

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

With your consent, the Company implements Personal Data processing for the following purposes:

  • Management of Site access and operation;
  • Commercial prospecting operations;
  • Analysis processing for statistical purposes and measurement of Site attendance;
  • Management and tracking of customer and candidate relations (recording and administration of contact form, Newsletter registration form);
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • Defense of rights in court.

5. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your Personal Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill its purpose, in addition to the applicable legal prescription and contentious appeal periods, specifically:

  • User data used for contact or commercial prospecting purposes is deleted within three years from the end of the business relationship;
  • User data used for recruitment purposes is deleted within three years from receipt of the data;
  • Cookies are retained for thirteen months. After this period, your consent will need to be renewed.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Individuals who may be recipients of your Personal Data are:

  • Authorized Company personnel;
  • Any authority, administration, court, or state service under applicable legal and regulatory provisions in the concerned Country.

7. Rights of Individuals Concerned

Under current regulations, you have rights regarding the processing of your Personal Data, including the right to access, query, correct, delete, and object, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision (including profiling).

No personal information of the Site User is published without the User's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to third parties.

For all processing based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.

8. Security of Your Personal Data

The Company ensures the security and confidentiality of individuals' Personal Data by implementing physical, technical, and organizational security measures. In particular, physical access to processing is protected. Only authorized persons have access to the data. In this sense, network and application access are controlled. User authentication processes for digital media are also implemented. Data may be subject to special protection (anonymization, encryption, etc.).

9. Updates to the Personal Data Protection Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify the content of this Personal Data Protection Policy at any time and without notice. We invite you to consult it regularly. In case of a change requiring your agreement, we will obtain your consent in accordance with applicable law.
